NBA is Back!

NBA IS BACK!

The 2014-15 NBA season is back in 3 days! I cannot wait to get back on doing these picks. This season is going to be filled with rookie madness. As always there's going to be a week or two to get acclimated to how each team will run.

As of now, for obvious reasons, the Cavaliers are the clear cut favorites to win the championship. The Spurs and Thunder are next up in contention.

Injuries:
There are some major injures that will affect the NBA season right now. Old news is Pacer's Paul George, who is likely to miss the entire season. A major blow is to the Lakers with Steve Nash going down with his back injury. Jeremy Lin cannot be their star point guard, and they are thin on that position. They seriously need to pick someone up immediately. All other injuries are updated and can be looked up here.

The opening day for the 2014-15 NBA season has three games.

Orlando Magic at New Orleans Pelicans

Dallas Mavericks at San Antonio Spurs

Houston Rockets at Los Angeles Lakers

I will post the picks and score predictions on Sunday, but as of now I have the Pelicans, Spurs, and Rockets winning.
